We hope that you love your Cheeky Fit as much as we do but should your items not meet your 100% satisfaction, we will accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after delivery to your address.
For exchanges, we will provide you a pre-paid return label and ship your replacement items FREE of charge.
*Please note: Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return/exchange:
- Email email@example.com within 14 days to inform us of impending return or if you need items exchanged, which items/sizes/colors. Returns received without contacting our team first will result in delays in refunds/exchanges.
- Item/s must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- Garments with odor, staining (deo/make-up, etc) distinct odours, visible signs of wear and tear or if the presence of animal/human hair is evident, will NOT be accepted or refunded.
- Original packaging and invoice must be included in your package.
- Items that are on CLEARANCE cannot be returned. Please double check your sizing prior to purchase of clearance items as exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited quantities of clearance items.
- Items which are outside of our 14 day return period cannot be returned for a refund and will be issued a store credit (less shipping) up to 30 days after you received your items.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipped to you and before any action is taken in processing a return. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards, the customer will be contacted.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
