Return Policy--UPDATED (EFFECTIVE 5 AUGUST 2020)

We hope that you love your Cheeky Fit as much as we do but should your items not meet your 100% satisfaction, we accept RETURNS for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of delivery to your address. **Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any make-up/deo stains or your return WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.


For exchanges, we will provide you a pre-paid return label and ship your replacement items FREE of charge.

*Please note: Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

    • Email within 30 days to inform us of impending return or if you need items exchanged, which items/sizes/colors. Returns received without contacting our team first will result in delays in refunds/exchanges.
    • Item/s must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
    • Garments with odor, staining (deo/make-up, etc), visible signs of wear and tear or if the presence of animal/human hair is evident, will NOT be accepted for exchange or store credit and will be returned to you.
    • Original packaging and invoice must be included in your package. 
    • Online purchases can also be exchanged or returned for a store credit in store.
    • Items that are on CLEARANCE cannot be returned.  Please double check your sizing prior to purchase of clearance items.
    • Items which are outside of our 30 day return period cannot be returned. No exceptions.

All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to you and before any action is taken in processing a return. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards, the customer will be contacted. 

Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
